Julie
Probus-Schad is a licensed Clinical Social Worker
specializing in treating trauma, CPTSD, and PTSD. Julie has
trained clinicians worldwide in trauma-informed healing in
South Africa, Peru, India, and Nepal Singapore. Most
recently, 2 Julie has worked in Monrovia, Liberia,
reintegrating former Child Soldiers into the community and
subsequently provided Resource Tapping™ to children via
Skype during the Ebola Crisis in Liberia. She has worked
with the Red Cross post-natural and man-made disasters and
responding to mass shootings.
Julie is a Parnell Institute Trainer
and Consultant for Attachment-Focused EMDR. She is a
contributing author for Rewiring the Addicted Brain: An
AF-EMDR Informed Treatment Model for Overcoming
Addictive Disorders (Parnell, 2018). Julie is also the
co-founder of the Trauma Assistance
Program-International, TAP-IN, the nonprofit sister
organization of the Parnell Institute. For more
